Project Management or Owner's Rep.

Our role as project manager or owner’s representative is to safeguard the integrity of both vision and investment.

We collaborate fluidly with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors, or directly with individual clients, ensuring that every detail is managed with discipline.

From procurement to construction oversight, the focus remains on efficiency, clarity, and delivering the highest standard of outcome

Project Management

Role: Manages project tasks and processes that are particular to a specific discipline.

Main Objectives: Manage the discipline's team and tasks within the project and execute the operational aspects within the scope.

Focuses on their specific area, such as the design team's PM managing design approvals, or the general contractor's PM managing construction tasks.
Manages the project schedule for their discipline, coordinates with vendors, and oversees the execution of tasks.
Handles requests for information (RFIs), reviews submittals, and assists with punch lists.

Owner's Representative

Role: The owner's/private client's entrusted partner and advocate, ensuring the owner's/private client's interests, budget, and vision are key to the success of the project's execution.

Main Objectives: Owner's/private client's goals, budget, and outcome

Monitors the entire project, from design to completion, ensuring it stays on track and within budget.
Acts as a liaison and central point of communication between the owner and the design/construction teams.
Helps to negotiate contracts, manage risks, and make strategic decisions.
Oversees the design development, bidding process, and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
